The Conference will open with a special play entitled Jungle Bells. This one-man show is written and performed by Barry “Shabaka” Henley. Born in New Orleans, Henley has appeared in numerous films and TV shows, including Ali, Grey’s Anatomy, the Showtime series Barbershop, NYPD Blue, Law & Order and the feature-film version of Miami Vice.

Dr. Tomás Arciniega, Ph.D., Special Assistant to the Chancellor, and former CSU Bakersfield President. Student reception immediately following luncheon.

Proceeds go to the César E. Chávez Commemorative Scholarship Fund.

One Day for a Better Future: Greek Summit 2010
