Dates and Deadlines

Saturday, 10/1: Application Deadline Applications for admission or readmission to SDSU for fall semester 2012 accepted. Applications are not accepted after Nov. 30 (postmarked).

Monday, 10/10: Entry Deadline Enter your perfect shot in the 5th annual Common Experience International Photo Contest. Photo submissions are due Monday, October 10 at 4:30 pm. Over $700 in prizes!

New Smoking Rules: Smoke Only in Designated Areas, Effective Fall 2011

San Diego State University has a new smoking policy. Smoking on campus is limited to designated smoking areas only. Smoking will be prohibited in all other areas, including walkways.

For more information regarding this new university policy, including a map of the designated smoking areas, please visit www.sdsu.edu/smokingpolicy.

The Department of Public Safety is charged with responsibility and authority for administration and enforcement of this policy. They will utilize appropriate means to enforce the policy, including issuing warnings and citations.
